So long IE 6

Our IE 6 traffic has finally been consistently below 10% since the past few months, and just touched 6%. Just wanted to make it official, we will no longer be testing on/developing for IE 6 from now on.
Quick stats – over all IE still is the most popular. Chrome is blazing through every month.

I did not get any response from itasveer.com after wriiting so many mail regarding tracking of my order. And I shocked when they provide me the wrong shipment number . This time very poor experience so waiting for one and two days after that i would be going to file a complaint against them….
No proper customer support, No helpline number… no response of your emails………..

Hello Itasveer,
This is the first time that I had ordered products from you. My order is enclosed but just to cap it, I had ordered 1-2 Cha cha Cha cups and Dua nahi dawa medicine box.
The order was a surprise gift for a friend’s 60th birthday and was to be delivered directly to her.
My friend called me today that the gifts arrived but 1 of the tea cup was broken.
Also the medicine box is not as interesting as it looked on site..
Well, the wrapping as per my friend was too bad.. the bubble wrap was on the outside instead of the each individual cups, in fact its a wonder only 1 of the cups has broken.
I would like to know how the same will be replaced as I now feel its a sheer waste of my hard earned Rs.656/- and also a disaster of my surprise gift..
An early reply and solution is appreciated.. the birthday is on 18th Jan.

My order is late by more than a week now. No one responds to email with in 1 day as promised on the site. No customer service phone number to tell about the status of order. I had ordered a wedding gift.. which has still not arrived. The wedding is today.
Very Very poor service?????????
