Apologies about the downtime

Hi everyone.. we’re really sorry for being out for so long (close to 30 hrs). It was completely unexpected and happened because of a mistake.. don’t even ask how! But we always have backups so all data was intact. And we haven’t seen the orders coming in for so many hours because of that, so pour them in, and we’ll take a peaceful sleep for a while :)

I knew that was coming , lets just say we had to do a complete OS reinstall on the server.. it was that bad! The gory details can not be shared on a this blog :p

Hi there…I have actually sent you guys an e-mail enquiring on magic mugs. Well..you can see how desperate a person is when they even try post enquiries on blogs. I’m terribly sorry but in case you have not read my e-mail yet…..do you guys deliver overseas? I need magic mugs DESPERATELY - 6 of them to be exact? And I need them by next Tuesday….Possible? Please please please get back to me ASAP…i’m kinda close to pulling all my hair out..
