I have yet to see the results but my parents and in-laws love it. Ever since you integrated your photo upload with Picasa, sharing pictures has become a breeze. I love the idea of digital photobooks, I have made few for myself but the fact that I can now share these with my parents in India is so cool... And a proof to your good service is that my cousins in Inidia have stopped taking pictures to the local labs, they send it to you directly, they say its faster and better... Well as of now we do not own our printing equipment. So we're in partnership with a couple of existing printers. This also has its own advantages in the sense that we can find the best printers around India and work with them and learn from them as well :) @Siddharth
