i have placed an order. but when it redireted to the payment gateway, then i make payment through my sbi debit card, the amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.

hi, i placed a personalised calender order, on 20th Feb, i have received an email from you guys telling me that you’ll have recived your payment but but for some reasons i am trying to log on with my email id as my user name but its not getting through i want to track the shipment about the same. and its been very difficult without loggig in Please advise ASAP. this is an urgent order placed.

I have sent around 5 mails to support@itasveer.com reg my 88123-80164. I have got only one reply for last mail .that also without any information . Is ther anybody is lookiing our mails . Why there is no response . I placed the order on 6th Jan 2011. till today i.e 10th Jan 2011. It is under process .Why so delay .

I ordered for photo print and it is showing the Consignment details. But when I clicked to Track button, it redirect to DTDC website and there it is saying ” Additional Details… M29880256
No additional data available for your request. Please contact Customer Care Department citing your consignment number ”
I am not able to track my order details. Please do the needful.
