Today I have received my order for T-shirt that I have placed order on last week, it was impressive fast delivery but I’m highly disappointed by quality of t-shirt material, it is written on site that it is 90% cotton and 10% polyester, but I can bet it is more than 60% polyester.
I’m disappointed by misleading info on site about t-shirt fabric, and it is not at all comfortable to wear a t-shirt that has 60 percent polyester.

Thanks for voicing your concern. Let me clarify this first, actually the T-Shirt material is 100% cotton on the inside and it has a 100% microfiber polyester layer on the outside. For the sake of simplicity, we mentioned it as 90-10 on itasveer. But I think we need to correct that explanation. Frankly, you are the first one who has raised such a concern so we’ll try and see how we can explain this better in itasveer.

I suppose the microfiber polyester layer is for better print quality, is that understanding correct?

Hi Mohit, Yes that’s correct. The color reproduction and range is really good as a result - which is especially relevant in the case of photographs.

Hi,
I have odered a mug from itasveer on 13th july and somehow the payment did not complete successfully. But money is debited from my account and no information about that money from iTASVEER. I have already sent a mail to support@itasveer.com and contact@itasveer.com but there is no response from them,
Could any one please let me know how can i escalate this issue with itasveer.

You’ve only brought this to our notice on July 29th (We didn’t know about this transaction till now because of an error on the payment gateway). And your email was also sent on the same day.. to which we did respond. I’ve just written to you again, please check your mail for the resolution.
